To apply for CE approval in Massachusetts, all applications and repeat-use forms should be submitted well in advance of your event. We recommend submitting new applications 3–4 weeks before the program.

• CE Program Approval Form for new programs
• Repeat Use Approval Form if you plan to offer the same training program again
Submitting your form on time helps ensure your program meets the requirements for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs), and Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) in Massachusetts.
