We connect trainers with agencies and organizations in the health and social services fields when new training opportunities arise. Currently, there are two models for how these training engagements are structured:
1. Direct Engagement:
Some organizations prefer to work directly with a trainer, independent of BUSSW. In this case, we serve as the bridge connecting you and the organization, and all fees and arrangements are handled directly between you and the organization.
2. BUSSW-Facilitated Engagement:
Other organizations choose to work through BUSSW, contracting with us to coordinate the training. In this model, the organization pays a service fee to BU, and BUSSW manages the logistics and pays the trainer from this contract.
Both approaches provide valuable opportunities for trainers to share their expertise and expand their professional reach through The Network for Professional Education.
