Most trainers who complete our Train-the-Trainer Certificate Program already have some prior training experience. The program is designed to ensure that all trainers share a baseline level of competency in three key areas:
1. Training delivery
2. Curriculum development
3. Assessment and evaluation
Even experienced trainers often find this course to be a valuable refresher that reinforces best practices and enhances their instructional skills.
By completing the program, seasoned trainers also gain the opportunity to expand their training business, partner with BUSSW clients, agencies, and organizations on new training engagements, and connect with peers through our growing community of practice.
