Are Network Trainers able to determine their own fees and preferred training engagement model?

Yes. After completing the Train-the-Trainer Certificate Program, trainers have the opportunity to share their preferred engagement model and typical hourly rates when we meet to discuss next steps.

While trainers are welcome to indicate their preferences, it’s important to note that some agencies and organizations may have a preferred engagement model—either working directly with trainers or through BUSSW. Whenever possible, we aim to align trainer preferences with the needs of our partner organizations.
