How do I pay?

Learners registering individually will be prompted to submit payment during the registration process. All payments are securely processed through our third-party system, Nelnet, which accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

If you’re registering as part of an agency or statewide training initiative, you’ll receive a dedicated registration link that bypasses the payment steps.

What services could a Network Trainer provide?

In addition to offering training on a wide range of topics, our certified trainers work closely with organizations to:

• Identify specific training needs
• Evaluate and assess staff competencies
• Develop custom curriculum tailored to your organization or agency

Our trainers help define learning objectives, recommend the most effective delivery methods, and suggest an appropriate time commitment to ensure training is impactful for your workforce.

To learn more about our trainers, visit the Trainers Hub. If you’d like more information about working with a trainer, please share your details with us here.

How do we apply for CEs for our in-house training program?

To apply for CE approval in Massachusetts, all applications and repeat-use forms should be submitted well in advance of your event. We recommend submitting new applications 3–4 weeks before the program.

To apply, complete the appropriate form:

CE Program Approval Form for new programs
Repeat Use Approval Form if you plan to offer the same training program again

Submitting your form on time helps ensure your program meets the requirements for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs), and Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) in Massachusetts.

Are there group pricing options?

Group pricing is available for groups of 10 or more to make your training more affordable. Interested in learning more about group enrollments and discounts? Contact us here.

Do CADER or Network certificates translate into college credit?

CADER and The Network offer non-degree programs that provide continuing education (CE) credits for health and social service professionals. At this time, our credentials do not count toward college or School of Social Work credit.

However, many of our learners and certificate graduates go on to pursue higher education in the social services field. You can read about a recent CADER learner who continued his journey toward an MSW.

Considering graduate study? Enroll in our free Pathways course to learn more about the process and explore your next steps.

How do I earn Continuing Education (CE) credits?

To earn CE credit hours for any CADER webinar, course, or certificate, you must complete all required components of the program:

1. Pass the course quiz, and

2. Submit the post-course competency.

Unless otherwise noted by your agency training, the minimum passing score is 70%.

Once these steps are complete, you’ll be able to access your CE form in the system and generate your Certificate of Completion, which you can then save or print for your records.

If you experience any issues printing your certificate, please complete the Technical Assistance Form for support.
