Become a Trainer
Designed to connect organizations in need of training with seasoned practitioners from the BU community, the Trainers Hub helps you broaden your reach and develop programs in new content areas for social services organizations across the country.
We are eager to partner with you to innovate new training categories, delivery formats, and tools to develop the skills and competencies of our social services workforce.
The Trainers Hub program is available to all members of the BU community, including BUSSW alumni, faculty, instructors, advisors, and certificate graduates of our CADER certificate and online CBT programs.
Be Part of Our Community of Practice
Through our Community of Practice, you’ll collaborate with peers across health and human services to share best practices, consult, advise, and mentor others. In addition to contributing your own expertise, you’ll gain peer support, expand your knowledge in new training areas, and access a referral network spanning a wide range of specialties. This collaborative environment creates opportunities to develop new career directions and enhance your professional growth.
Members of our Community of Practice can access new opportunities to work with individuals and organizations seeking your area of expertise. Training opportunities range from working with organizations to create tailored curriculum, deliver trainings in a variety of modes, and develop assessments and evaluations of a program’s effectiveness.
In addition to sharing your own skills and subject knowledge, you’ll also benefit from the additional peer support, mentoring, and consultation with colleagues representing a wide range of expertise in health and human services.

- Register: Enroll in the Train-the-Trainer Certificate Program.
- Complete Train-the-Trainer: This self-paced online course can be completed in 3 hours. Learn new strategies and improve your training skills at your own schedule and convenience.
- Become a Trainers Hub member: Complete your Trainers Hub Profile (accessible in the course).
